Amy H. Nuttall

Amy Harrison Nuttall is an attorney who applies her business background, medical experience, knowledge of the law, and passion for her clients to dictate her style as an effective and dedicated attorney. In addition to her career, Amy is very dedicated to her family. Being a wife for 18 years, a mother of two children, ages twelve and nine, and a professional is a full time commitment that Amy loves.

Amy attended St. Mary’s High School and received her B.S. in Biology from the University of Miami, an MBA from Nova University, and a JD from the Campbell University School of Law. While in law school, Amy received National Honors in the Client Counseling Competition, served as Editor of the Campbell Law Journal, and was honored as a member of the Order of Old Kivett. She currently volunteers as an acting Judge for various legal competitions including moot courts and Client Counseling.

Amy has experience as a risk manager and as a communication and management consultant. She served as adjunct professor at Wake Technical Community College in the School of Business. Her areas of practice include family law, medical malpractice, and personal injury.

She is a member of the Susie Sharp Inn of Court, in which she served as Secretary-Treasurer for two terms. She also volunteers for local organizations, assisting families in distress, including those organizations that work to prevent child abuse and offer aid to homeless families She has served as a SAFEChild Parenting Instructor, and volunteered with the Pan Lutheran Agape program for homeless families where she coordinated monthly birthday parties for residents of the program.

In her leisure time, Amy goes sailing with her family, enjoys time outside, and explores many avenues of adventure. She wakes up to life each day, full of energy and ready to serve N.C. families.
